For damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can help with a replacement, refund, or return solution.

Please remain in contact until your issue is fully resolved. Returns sent without prior approval or containing ineligible items may not be accepted.


📦 2. Return Conditions & Guidelines

✅ Keep the Item in Original Condition

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Please keep the original packaging, labels, accessories, and any included items.
  • You may open the outer shipping package to inspect your order. However, the item must remain unused if you plan to return it.

✅ Items in Transparent Bags or Protective Packaging

  • If the item inside a transparent bag or protective packaging appears damaged, please keep it in its original packaging when possible.
  • This helps our team confirm whether the issue happened during shipping or handling.

✅ Provide Photo or Video Evidence

  • For damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items, please submit clear photos or videos of:
    • The outer package
    • The product packaging
    • The damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item(s)

📝 If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion, the original standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund when the return is due to customer preference, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item.


⏱️ 4. Important Timeframes

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • For damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos or videos.
  • After your return request is approved, please ship the item back within 7 business days.
  • Returns received without approval may not be accepted.

🔁 5. Return & Refund Procedure

  1. Email us at service@yumisquishy.com
    Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items, please attach clear photos or videos.
  2. Wait for approval.
    Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you return instructions and, if needed, a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Pack the item(s).
    Include the original packaging, labels, accessories, and any included items. Please use secure packaging to avoid further damage during return shipping.
  4. Ship to our return address after approval:

  5. Receive your refund.

Please do not send your return to the original shipping address without contacting us first.


❌ 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear or natural aging
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or accidents after delivery
  • Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery
  • Items that are worn, washed, used, or missing original labels, packaging, accessories, or hygiene seals
  • Free gifts
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale”
  • Partial returns from bundled sets or packs, unless approved by our support team

All returned items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
