Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 80+ countries. Enter your address at checkout to view available options and rates.

How long does delivery take?
  • Orders processed in 1–3 business days (excl. weekends/holidays).
  • Estimated delivery:
  • USA/Canada: 8–12 business days
    UK/EU: 10–15 business days
    Other regions: 12–20 business days



How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track it anytime through our Track Order page or carrier’s website

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We’re sorry! We’re not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number. For assistance, email us anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, all securely processed via Shopify.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us within 6 hours of ordering for changes.

Do I need to pay customs or tax?

International orders may incur customs/import duties per local regulations. Customers are responsible. We do not cover these fees

What are YumiSquishy™ made of?

All Yumi are made from food-grade silicone—non-toxic, BPA-free, and completely safe for both kids and adults. You can squeeze with total peace of mind.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use EVA food-grade packaging, not the common PVC plastics found elsewhere. PVC is harmful to the human body and is linked to potential long-term health risks—we strongly reject it in all our products.

Are your materials eco-friendly?

Yes! Every component we use—from the toy to the wrapper—is made with eco-conscious, recyclable materials. We're committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainable joy.

Are these toys edible?

No—they may look sweet and delicious, but they’re not food! All squishies are strictly non-edible toys, even though they're made from safe materials.

How should I clean my squishy?

Just wipe it gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking, boiling, or using strong chemicals.

Are your products suitable for sensitive users?

Definitely. Our products are fragrance-free, latex-free, and designed with sensitivity in mind—safe even for users with allergies or delicate skin.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us at service@yumisquishy.com within 7 days with photos. We’ll assist you with a refund or replacement.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • Damage/error on our part: we cover return shipping + full refund.

  • Change-of-mind returns: customers pay return shipping. Although original shipping may be non-refundable .

Are sale items returnable?

Custom, clearance, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
