What exactly is included?
One Christmas advent calendar containing 12 numbered mystery boxes, with one squishy in each: 3 large, 5 medium and 4 small. The boxes are numbered 13 through 24.
Is this a 12-day or a 24-day calendar?
It is a 12-day calendar. Open box 13 on December 13, then one box each day through box 24 on Christmas Eve. You can also enjoy the surprises at your own pace.
Will I receive the exact squishies in the photos?
Not necessarily. All 12 squishies are randomly selected. Photos and videos show examples, so the characters, designs and colors in your calendar may differ. Specific designs cannot be selected. The confirmed size mix is 3 large, 5 medium and 4 small.
Does it include larger squishies, or only minis?
It includes 3 large squishies, alongside 5 medium and 4 small ones. Exact dimensions depend on the random designs inside; size labels are assortment categories, not fixed centimeter measurements.
When should I order for the December 13 start?
Order ahead so your calendar can ideally arrive by December 12. Preparation takes 1–5 business days, followed by an estimated 8–14 business days in transit to the US. These timeframes are separate, and weekends and holidays may add time.
Arrival by December 12 or Christmas is not guaranteed. Check the shipping policy for your destination; if your gift date is close, contact service@yumisquishy.com before ordering.
How should I play with and care for the squishies?
Squeeze gently and keep them in their protective bags to help keep the surface clean. Avoid sharp objects, strong stretching, heat and harsh chemicals. For cleaning, wipe gently with a damp cloth or follow the instructions supplied with the product.
These are toys, not food. Do not bite or put them in your mouth. Keep away from pets and small children, and follow the age guidance on the packaging.
What if something arrives damaged or is missing?
Contact service@yumisquishy.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in the returns and refunds policy. Contact us before sending anything back. Opened or used products and broken hygiene seals may affect eligibility.
